Will Consider Staff Services Analyst

Under the direction of the District Project Control Manager, a Staff Services Manager I, the incumbent serves as a Project Control Officer (PCO). The incumbent assists the Project Control Manager in handling the districts Expenditure Authorizations (EA) as they relate to Project Identifiers (PI). Reviews and monitors the districts EAs by establishing and modifying PI information and PI phase budgets in CGI Advantage System(CGI). Administers all district program EA's capital and support budgets including the Major Maintenance, State Highway Operation and Protection Program (SHOPP), and Minor B programs. The Incumbent also serves as the Cooperative Agreements and Reimbursed Programs Coordinator. Receives direction from the District Project Control Manager on the most critical issues; however, acts independently on routine and complex matters. The incumbent is held accountable for prompt and accurate work, along with excellent customer service. PARF# 11-6-081 / JC-490812
