In the capacity as Evening Receptionist you will be responsible for:
Receiving incoming calls and assisting callers with any questions or comments
Ensure Screening of staff/vendors/visitors
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Email
Greeting families and visitors
Filing, cash handling, sorting mail, operating various office machines, and performing other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Healthcare receptionist experience
Long-term care receptionist experience
Shift:
3:30pm-8pm Thurs and Fri
8:00am-6pm every other weekend
